Uplift now sagging only 2 months on

Anyone had just an uplift and now showing signs of sagging already. Had operation 26th August 2020…. Lollypop uplift and breasts have gathered skin above nipple and strange dumpling below… Think I should have had anchor lift as there still seems yo be too much skin… Do I wait a bit longer is it yoo early to tell or should I contact Mya?
