Uplift? Or just implants? Scars

I’m seeing mr Mounir on the 20th August I described my boobs to my PC and she says I may need an uplift (I’m hoping I don’t have too because of the money) my nipples face forward so she said i may not need one because they aren’t looking down but she told me to do the “pencil test” and my boobs hold a pencil so do you think I’ll need an uplift I’ve gone to a Small b/a sagged a little from breastfeeding. Aloso if you’ve had uplift can I see your scars x
