Uplift or not? Help

I am in the process of researching and looking at gettinf a boob job, do we know what determines if you need a uplift or not.. I know i want implants as i like the full top of breadt rounded look… The thing is i am already a 34E cup but saggy boobs after 2 kids… I want to remain the same size but with more fulness to the top… As anyone been in the same situation? I can post pics of that helps? 🙂 thank you

Mine look just like yours and my surgon said i 100% needed an uplift, plus if you have just implants put in it can cause more sagging x

Thank you… I guessed i would, just wanted to see if anyone in same situation… Do you know if having inplants will make your boobs largee or fuller? I like the size just want them more full and round… Xx

I already like my size too, just dont have a massive implant, smaller implant will give it a nicer fuller shape without making them look huge xxx

Def an up lift with implants – mine were 300 overs – anatomical as I needed lots of vol and had less to start with – this 25 days post op
I was 32 empty d before now am a 32 full dd so only really a cup size bigger but very different shape!

Your before and after look amazing… I really hate my boobs and i want to have a boob job before im 30, i hate having to stop wearing the clothes i like because how my boobs look x

Thanks Hun! Happy so far. I am 35 and wish I had done this 10 years ago!!! Getting used to the vertical scars is quite difficult – they are quite well hidden here but they’ll fade xx
