Uplift or not to uplift… That is my question!

I meet my surgeon on the 15th April and I thought I’d need an uplift as well as BA. After reading quite a few reviews on here I am now thinking the BA itself will give them the lift as I don’t feel they sag, more like they are empty if you know what I mean? I’m 37, breastfed my 3 children and I’m also a bit of a fitness fanatic so think that explains my emptiness. Can anyone offer me their thoughts?

I’ve been told I need an uplift as well as BA, I was expecting to be told that though as through weightloss mine have gone quite droopy. Mr Mounir said if I didn’t have the uplift and just had implants, that I’d just have a bigger version of what I have now, and ultimately I want perky uplifted boobs so I’m going with the uplift too! xx
