Uplift photos pleaseee

Hi, I’m wanting to have an uplift however was told not to get implants and I’m not sure how I feel about this?! Can I have before and after photos from anyone whose had them with and without implants. I’ve had two children and there’s major sagging, lots of skin and a fair bit of tissue.
