Uplift & Under the muscle -Photos/Advice

Hey ladies

So I just had my surgeon appointment & he’s advised the best thing to do is to go under the muscle which I wasn’t aniticipating & due to having different sizes to rake some fat out of the larger one & then put the same size implants in both.

I’m just concerned about how they will look now, especially because I have tubular boobs & different sizes I’m just worried about the outcome.. plus as soon as I told my boyfriend he said they were going to look like ‘man pecs’ he has it in his head it’ll look awful!

We’ve gone for 375cc, my height is 5’7 & I’m on the plumper side weighing between 11-11 st 3!

@hrrose I had and uplift with 400cx mod plus under muscle coming up to 6mths agi now. I don’t have tubular breast. But they where very saggy and always worried to have them done.
But I can honestly say it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I’ll attach a pic from a couple of months ago. Will be doing a 6mth update soon. X

@vixstar Was the pain of the uplift combined with the augmentation bareable? How were you the next day? I’ve got to walk a super short distance to the train the next day & im not sure how I’ll feel. I’ll definitely be interested in seeing a 6 month update!

It was bearable, better than I expect too. Don’t get me wrong I had a couple of really bad days but in all in all was ok.
The next day I was just tired and a little sore, the painkillers helped a lot and I had muscle relaxants too. You should be fine to walk to the train just take it easy.

@vixstar I’m worried that because i need a lift, when they settle they’ll be super low?? I’m hoping with going for 375cc they wont be too heavy but ahhh it’s all panic right now!

Hi Hun.. what surgeon are you going with? I have severe asymmetry, I’m having 300 one side and 150 the other side mine are going over the muscle & im only a 34B/C In my bigger breast other side is flat.. I’m having dr tsekouras. My surgery is classed as complex and he was amazing in my consultation x

@jay93x Hey! I’m not with MYA so I don’t think I can list who it is. I was given the option of two different sized implants, but taking some fat or to ensure both have the same implant sizes just seemed a better option for me, I’m hoping they both work out the same when they settle though. When’s your surgery booked in?? I’m just all worries about the end result at the minute xx

I was offered that as well but that was with a different company, I’m booked in too have my surgery 13th April! What about you? X

Is there a reason you decided to have different sizes instead of fat removal? I’m booked next week!! Saturday 24th, absolutely crapping myself. Especially when I see people having revisions etc. X

Hey how is your recovery ? Im 1wk post op – I had under muscle uplift with 300 in the left and 350 right. Looking a totally uneven right now… but give it some time.
How’s yours looking?
