Uplift with implants 2 days post op

I had my uplift & implants done on Saturday, I actually had them done at spire in Manchester, I was going to mya at first but changed my mind just my own personal preference.

I just wanted to see how long the pain & tightness lasted on my chest, I’m due to get my support bra tomorrow so hope that helps me, I’m still in a bit off pain and taking my meds as as when I should, also still feeling very sick, my op lasted 4 hours so I’m very swollen and bruised.. is this normal ?? X

Hi Natalie, I am 12 days post op from an uplift and implants. My pain wasn’t too bad although I had a bruised chest bone and it did feel a little tight. I had fairly small implants though 225 and 250cc. What size did you have? I have my support bra on 24/7 still and by the end of the day at work I do feel a little achy but not terrible. I stopped taking the painkillers as they made me feel sick, I swapped to normal paracetamol and that was fine, just took them when I needed to, maybe the first 5 days on and off.
Appointment on Wednesday to change dressings, so looking forward to that! Pleased with the result so far.
I’m sure you’re fine, it just feels so strange at first and it’s an uncomfortable feeling at first. If you are worried though call your clinic xx

Hey Hun, everything seems normal just panic slightly, I don’t know what size implants he put in me as he had to go off what they would look like when he did the uplift first, I’m very pleased with them but keep saying deffo not worth the pain and sickness at this present moment .. I’ve got my stockimga still on as was told to keep on till Monday as that’s when I’m getting my dressings removed xx
