Uplift with implants

Hello I’m 5 days PO I had a breast uplift with implants and my surgeon also stitched my old implant pockets from 9 years ago. I’m concerned over my left breast it’s causing me so much discomfort and has a funny shaped swelling. I rung the nurse yesterday and she it’s normal but even when my husband helps get me out of the bed the pain is absolutely dreadful. Can anyone relate and reassure me it’s nothing to worry about. Pic attached it’s really hard to see

Hi, i rang them myself with problems and no one ever came back to me, then was advised by the nurse to send a message instead via text/ try that. xxx

Just wondering how long this swelling took to go down? I had an uplift with implants 16 days ago and I also have swelling like this.
The nurse said its normal but I’m still a little worried x
