uplift with or without implants ?

i’m 19, 8 stone 6 and 5’5. i have flat 32C breasts due to weight loss in my younger teen years leaving my boobs looking saggy for a 19 year old girl 🙁
i can’t decide whether to have an uplift with or without implants, because i like the look of small boobies however i feel like implants would give them a nice shape!
i’m just super scared of capsular contracture, any advice or pics please ???
