Uplift without implants

Hey girls

I have a consultation on Saturday for an uplift without implants, can anyone share before/after pics and their experience? I’m 27 and I’ve lost about 2.5 stone and just haven’t got any volume at the top of my boobs and have a bit of loose skin. My boobs literally fall out of bras cause the volume between my boobs has gone too. I want to avoid implants if I can as don’t want to have to get them redone in future and I’m not bothered about them being any bigger. I’m currently a 30F/FF but the volume is all at the bottom and my nipples sit low.

Hi please can anyone help me out with any before and afters.. I’ve booked my surgery for 9th June with me trainer and I’m having an uplift with no implants I’m currently 36F and I’m nervous what they are going to look like please please can some pics be uploaded for me to look at x

U wont need to get ur implants re done as with mya as they use ones that u dont have to change, ask them about it

How did your consultation go? Did you decide to book your surgery?
I am in a similar position, with sizes and the lack of volume etc. Although I have implants in they’re 10 years old and iv had children since the original op.
I’m now wanted complete removal of implants and an uplift. I have also lost weight. I’m around 32F, not sure what I’ll be without implants but I’ve heard that an uplift can reduce cup size abit, which is fine as I’m wanting to be a smaller size now

I haven’t had my consultations yet, but reading lots online. Real self website have some good before & after photos of uplifts.

Hi Izzy, I’m in the same position as you! Trying to find before and after photos of an uplift with no implants is so hard. I’m currently a 34G and would like an uplift with no implants. Have you has your surgery and if so how did it go? TIA
