Using arms after 375’s overs

Hi girls I had 375ccs In on Monday at 4ish pm I can’t use my arms much at all any idea when Il be able to? X

I had 350cc unders yesterday and I can’t do anything myself! Lol didn’t think would be this bad lol not in any pain as such tho x

It hurts my incisions to get up where I have to crunch sort of thing to get up do u know why I mean?! Hurts to walk feel the pressure and get so out of breath but if I just sit still I’m ok how are u finding it all Katie? x

I had unders nearly a year ago and use of my arms although I was warned not to use them. I think from previous research you should be able to use your arms as normal in two weeks x

You’re restricted on use for around a week, I was anyway although even up to around two weeks I still wasn’t back to normal use. I had unders. I’m 7wpo now and it all the pain etc seems a distant memory lol x
