I got one off amazon for £9 and it’s amazing! I am yet to book my surgery date but already using it because it’s so comfortable to lay on! The v pillow is used post surgery to help you sleep upright as you can’t lay flat for the first couple of weeks. You can just position ordinary pillows big I suppose this just stops the pillows moving. Super comfy, would definitely suggest getting one. For sports bras they should tell you. I’ve been told to buy the size that my sizing bra was xxx

Hi Ellie, a v pillow, is just a pillow in the a V shape. Its great support for your back neck and shoulders, when you have to sleep upright after your surgery. You can get them almost anywhere, as a lot of pregnant women use them. Argos is probably the easiest and fastest place to get one from, think they start at about £10. You’ll probably have to ask your nurse or surgeon what size sports bra you’ll need, best thing to get is a macom, so you can just buy your back size and the cups are expandable…best one I’ve bought! xx
