So ive just ordered my v pillow in preparation for my op next Friday – I don’t know if I’m being stupid but how do you place the pillow? Do you place it behind your back with both sides of the pillow facing down and the point facing up, or do you lay it flat on the bed in like a right angle? I don’t know how it’s supposed to help but loads of people are recommending them? Xx
