    Hi Girls,

My op is on 23rd Jan and I am going to buy my v-pillow today and a Macom.

Can anyone advise on a decent, but fairly reasonable priced VPILLOW? Also, how do you use them lol (stupid I know)??

    Thank

Dunelms have cheep ones you can place your v pillow wear ever you feel comfy I put my on the top of my normal pillows then with a long pillow I put this cross my bed so I can put my legs over it to help take pressure off your back and stop u from slipping down and more comfy I had 8weeks to sleep this way with the uplift I had x
