Vaser lipo May 3rd with Dr. Joffily

Hi ladies. I’m currently one day post op with Dr joffily. I’ve seen some amazing results on here from some slimmer ladies where as me my stomach was hugeeeee lol so I’m really excited to share my results with you ladies. I was warned there may be some loose skin as I gave birth January 16th 2016 however as long as my stomach looks nice and flat under my clothes I’m fine with that.

So the day of my surgery I was second in line. Was admitted at 7am but the girl before me who I was sharing my room with was late so I got to go first. Dr joffily marked me up and asked me again what my problem areas where and I told him my lower back, waist, love handles etc. I was really scared of the general anaesthetic so wanted to go for local with sedation however ther anaesthesiologist came to reassured me it would all be safe and you will get better results as Id be easier to work with under GA.

So all i remember was being injected then I woke up and it was all finished. The nurses told me the surgery went well. I was shivering for about 15 minutes when I woke up and was wheeled back to my room and to be honest the pain was annoying and sore but very bareable I was pleasantly surprised. But I guess once you go through the pain of having a baby any kind of surgery would be a walk in the park lol. Took some cocodamol because i knew after the morphine wore off there would be some pain.

Was ready to go home by 4pm and was really stiff at this point. My daughter was so excited to see my but I couldn’t pick her up 🙁 I slept on the reclining sofa that night and today I woke up really stiff and sore and it’s really difficult to get up off the sofa. The 4d vest is a nightmare if I’m honest. I’ve orderd some size 20 tops and large jogging bottoms to wear for the time being to cover it. I want to keep it on as long as possible but I’ll be by myself this weekend with my one year old having to bend to change nappies and pick her up may be very hard for me but what can I do.

My post op appointment is on Saturday and il be uploading pics. I can feel the difference already even though I’m covered. Fingers crossed there no loose skin and I can’t wait to share with you ladies !!x

I’ve got a consultation in a couple of weeks for this procedure! Hopefully ill get lots of info regarding cost, how long il need off work etc! The results Ive seen so far look amazing!

So ladies I and just coming up to the 4 week mark and I’m not very happy.. I’m hoping it’s just swelling and I need patience but I expected drastic improvement by now. My stomach isn’t flat right now and my lower abdomen is still big I’m hoping to see big changes by my 6 week check up wish me luck

I hope your liking your results a bit more now. Im 6 weeks post op and im still quite swollen some days worse than others, my nurse told me that it xould take another month or so to see more final results. She also said something else, did you have a peak when you woke up in recovery? If so apparently the final result is similar to that. But atm im still bumpy, a little sore in places and swollen.
Im not sure if thats any help but i hope you like your results soon 🙂 xx

Hi Caroline I think I’m seeing slight improvement as the days go by but still nowhere near my desired result. I guess patience is key. When I sit down I look no different to how I looked before surgery. I just really want a flat stomach and smaller waist. I didn’t get to have a sneak look I was still so sleepy! ???? Next think I know the garment was on. I’m 5 weeks post still numb and bumpy really hoping I see a vast improvement soon as I’m kinda disheartened I lost my money and feel I should of maybe went to turkey like I originally planned

Hey, I have added you as friends, would it be possible to see some before and after pics now you are quite a few months post op, I’m due to book a date with Dr Joffily and really want to see his work, I wish there were more before and after pics specifically from him. Also has the numbness gone away as this is a concern I have?

Any help/advice/pics would be appreciated
