Hi, Can anyone tell me where they bought their vest tops from that covered their Macom bra? I’m just looking for a few post op vests to wear for the first 6 weeks while I have to wear my Macom bras, but I can’t seem to find any that will cover it! I’ve bought a couple of looser fitting T-Shirts but I don’t want to have to wear them all the time. Any help would be much appreciated! xxx
Good question as struggling to find anything to wear over as living in my dressing gown ATM in this heat yuk xx
@yvette I have a feeling that’s what I’m going to end up doing at this rate too. All the vests I’ve seen are low cut at the front and back. Not helpful when you have to wear a massive granny bra and still want to look slightly decent! Hope you’re recovery is going well so far!? Xxx
@katiep369 I haven’t found any yet, all my current vest tops show my strapping/Macom so annoying. I have been living in my button up pjs and playsuits. When I went out the other day, I wore a Button up shirt dress and that hid it well xx
It’s so uncomfortable wearing layers of clothes in this weather while being restricted with these big ok bras lol
I was just thinking how about those log best type dresses, I got three from Primark in different colours, though the Macom has thick straps nd the vests don’t do that isn’t going to hide that part….. iv also been wearing shirt dress things from Primark in nightwear department as button up front… just find get really hot and sweaty feeling in them…. but then it’s muggy and hot ATM where I am …. will look online in a bit and let you kno if I find anything … xx
@witwoolou yeh it’s so muggy I don’t want to wear my zip up hoodies which is a pain lol. I got the vests from primark as they’re stretchy, they’re great for getting on but still don’t hide the bra :(. Although walking around my house I don’t care, I’m just trying to decide what to wear to leave the house again on Friday haha!! Xx
Marks and spencer vest tops cover my Macom but not quite sports bras they are £4.50 each n wash lovely xx
Ahh tell me about it!!! Where abouts do you live? It’s horrid where I am, no air 🙁 yeah they easy and comfy to wear but don’t really hide the bra… I think if the Macom was more bra like it wouldn’t be so bad but there like crop tips so make it difficult xx
@Chloe I’ll have to take a look at M&S then!
@hannah it’s not too bad when you’re in the house cos nobody sees you but when you have to venture out in public it’s a nightmare! I’ve found a loose fitting top from Missguided which was quite cheap, which looks half decent so far. I’ll keep looking!
Did you manage to find any vests @Yvette? xxx
