Vibrating / fullness sensation one year on? PLEASE HELP!

Hey!
So I am actually just over 13 months post surgery, absolutely LOVE my boobs and had a very lucky / easy recovery! Hardly any pain and no complications
For the last few weeks, I’ve been getting a weird vibrating sensation and a fullness feeling in my left breast? I did have some vibrating when they were first healing but this is so random this late on? No pain, and have the feeling back in both breasts. It’s not all the time but it’s happening several times a day? Has anyone else had this this late on? Should I be concerned??
