Wanting to have Rhinoplasty – Can you guys tell me what happens?

Hi Guys,

So I have had my boobs enlarged by MYA a few years a go, now I’d like to get my nose done, have it straightened/ made smaller.

My daily job requires my eyes as I’m a retoucher (edits photographs for a living).
So how long does it take to recover before you can see properly?
What issues have people had?
I have seen the before & after pictures on here, but a lot of the noses after have been rounded at the bottom. Do people have the option to have it sculpted more?

If people can help me out anyway possible i’d be so grateful!:)
Also how much does this procedure cost?

My eye sight didn’t change so I doubt you would have any problems! You can speak to your surgeon about what you want your nose to look like.. X

Thanks! What is the difference between open & closed surgery?

Closed they work up the nostrils. Open they cut the skin and pull it back ? X
