warranty/paperwork

Hi post-op girlies,

I am having my surgery on Sep,4 and so far I have got no paperwork to prove who is doing surgery on me, what implant type and implant warranty etc. were you given paperwork which included warranty when you left the hospital. x x x

Hiya hun I have email confirmations of surgery and after my operation(s) I was given my mentor guarantee booklet and card to say what implants I’d had with my MYA number on so they can trace who you are. I had a second emergency op which included a new free implant and it didn’t cost a thing and there was no trouble so I wouldn’t worry too much, after 3 years I know it becomes a lot harder for free revision surgery etc but I think your name on the system traces everything back it’s so high tech now x

Hi penny… Can’t help you much on this postal I am pre surgery so have no idea! But I’m having surgery sept 4th too 🙂 who’s your surgeon? X

@Kirsty thank you hun! I worry because I may not go with MYA for future surgery so I need to have proof of the implants just in case 🙂 Hows your recovery coming along after the revision surgery? x x x
