was told to stop the antibiotics anyone else?

bit confused as I thought we was supposed to take them but my pc said yday to stop if there making me feel sick and there only back up anyway! Iv been taking them since Friday… should I ring up my doctor to double check x

i was told they are just a precaution in case there is an infection. I was so sick off them found it much better taking them straight after a meal so my stomach was full! So shouldnt matter if you stop taking them now i dont think xx
