Washing!

Hey girls,

Just after some about washing myself..
When did you first wash after your operation? Was it a shower or a bath? I need to wash my hair and I’m not sure on the best way possible to do this… Does anyone have some tips and advice please ? Be absolutely great xxx

Hiya hun ive been getting washed since the day after (had my BA on the 13th may) i have a mixer tap/shower which i use to wash my hair over the bath then i tie it up fill a shallow bath to give myself a little wash….cant really wash my back etc so i use wipes after for that but i can generally wash my bottom half n arms xx

Hey @kimberlyrobertson hunny! Thank you ! I’ve been trying to figure out how I can do it lol. We had our bathroom re done and I didn’t want a bath anymore! Damn me and my ways haha, I shall try what you said 🙂

Ahh no dont know what ad do without a bath….soo not a shower person 🙂 xx

im sat with frozen peas on my chest atm i havent been too bad to be honest a little sore on the sides & where the incisions are and swollen down the middle….i have felt a few wierd sensations as if theres air bubbles in them lol but its only the 3rd day so not concerned yet xx

Hey Hun! Yeah I had my BA done on Thursday! Mums just washed my hair and I had a small shower 🙂 feel so much better for it lol! Just so weird having a rock solid chest lol! I went to put on my 32DD sports bra and it’s too small :(! Waiting for my order of two bigger sizes! Gonna have to squeeze back into my 34D somehow lol!

Did you have glue or stitches? I have glue and I don’t know if I’m meant to take the plaster off yet? Xx

i think mine are stitched hun they have tape over the incisions then have bigger dressings over them which i think will be removed at my post op appointment which is on thursday 21st x What size implants did you get they look fab xx

Ah ok Hun, think mine are glued? Lol not entirely sure coz I have the covering on them still! I went to 350CC high profiles 🙂 what size did you go to Hun xx
