Washing

When will I be able to wash my top half properly? Just never feel clean and it’s driving me mad lol xx

I think it’s 2 weeks post op isn’t it? Can’t get your dressings wet x

I’m having my 1week post op tomorrow back at work Wednesday so was hoping for a proper wash lol oh well xx

I was told by the nurse after my 1 week check up I was aloud to shower just had to remove my dressings then put new ones on after, after two weeks I still don’t use shower gel but water seems enough xxx

That’s brill I’m seeing my nurse today so we wil see what she says xxx

I was given the all clear at my 1 week post op check up. The nurse said I’m fine to shower again, just no bathing them for long periods of time, no swimming, no perfumed products or creams on or around the incisions and only roll on deodorant! But I’ve been fine so far 🙂 My first shower after my 1 week post op was incredible ? I actually scrubbed my body & lumps of yucky dead skin were coming off of my chest and arms (where I couldn’t wash be fore due to strapping and dressings) xxx

I had my one week post op and needed more dressings so back on Monday hopefully then I’ll be able to have a wash! Xx
