Washing hair

My hair is in desperate need of washing!! I’m still in my strapping in 5 days post op – does anyone have any tips on how to wash??? I live with just my dad and don’t really want to ask him to do it haha.. I have a detachable shower head so I was thinking of just sitting in the bath and doing it myself really carefully???? AHHH xxx

I knelt on the floor and leant over edge of bath and used shower head I did this from post op day 1 or you can do it over sink with a jug

hiya hun, why not book in the hairdresser just for a wash n blow dry. I’ve had my hubby wash n dry mine twice and been to the hairdresser once. I’m post op day 7. Xx

I washed mine myself after 5 days over bath was fine.x

Yeah I done same as Amy. Just don’t lift arms high.

I got my OH to do mine and it was an absolute travesty!! Haha so went to hairdressers!! X
