waterproof dressing coming off?

hey girls i’m 3 weeks post op and the nurse said i can take my dressings completely off on sunday?

I have noticed the past couple of days where the dressing has come away underneath a hole where water can get in and i’m worried it is going to make it moist around the wound?!

I’ve rang mya but they’ve said they’ll get someone to call me back but o haven’t heard anything?

Have any of you taken your dressings off a couple of days earlier? x
