Wearing a sports bra post op

Hey ladies,

Im currently 6 months post op & still wearing my sports bra at night as i feel more supported & also im worried i may damage the implants if i dont… wondering after how long everyone stopped wearing theres & if i am being over cautious? Thanks xx

My surgeon advised me to wear a sports bra at night forever!! My op is next week. Eek!!

I’m the same as you, I saw a nurse at 6 wpo and she said it’s up to me whether I wear it, I have been because I too feel more comfortable in it but I think I’ll want to stop at some point??
