Wearing bras again after the six week PO checkup

Post op women what does it feel like to start wearing proper bras again? I’m 4 weeks post op and tried a bra on today after getting measured at debenhams and got the ‘T shirt bra’ but it absolutely killed from the underwrite in the Middle. At the bottom was fine. It really dug in and thought I’d ve ok by now? 🙁 xxx

I thought it was after the 6 week check up ? xx

Yeah it is 6 weeks but like I said I just got measured and tried it on that’s all. Wanting to know how people were after their 6 week checkup wearing bras again x
