Wearing normal bra??

When did everyone stop wearing their post op bra in the day??

I was advised by my nurse to wear my post op bra for 6 full weeks then you can start to wear non wired bras after till your at least 12weeks. I wear my post op bra for bed but a non wired bra for day wear, xxx

Ohhh fantastic I’m 7 weeks now so guess I can switch to non wired now x

there are some great non wired bras in M&S, I bought a few in there, I’m looking forward to my 12 weeks and then I can start to buy wired ?xx

I was told by nurse I can wear whatever bras I want/feel comfortable with from 6 weeks onwards so I’ve been wearing wired since then and have had no problems x

My nurse said same, she did say you can wear wired, but the incisions are not fully healed yet, She advise that wearing non wired is much better and more comfortable as it won’t irritate by rubbing on the incisions then at 12 weeks they will have healed much better for wired bras x

Ohh I think she said my incisions were more a less fully healed so they shouldn’t hurt which they didn’t do I was fine wearing wired asapx
