WEATHER DOING NO FAVOURS

This weather is causing absolute havoc! I work in a bakery it’s so sweaty & humid making all my bras rub on my scars which are now swollen! just had to take it off for last 2 hours so it doesnt break skin. hope it doesnt cause lasting problems.

Hi Sweet, what I used to do was place a bit of folded tissue into my sports bra on top of the incision area to reduce/stop the rubbing. xx
