week check and questions to ask nurse x help x

Want a list of questions to ask nurse today on my week check…
* when can I start drinking
* when can I start using my slendertone
*when I can I sleep flat and on my side
*when can I shower
*when can I lift my arms above my head
*check im wearing the right side sports dra
Can anyone think of anything else to ask x x

Driving??

Poo x I forgot to ask that one x mine are unders and definitely dont feel ready x going to start after 2 week check on Wednesday x
Slendertone- 6 weeks
Sleeping on side- she says still sleep upright so will ask her again on Wednesday at my 2 week chech x
Shower- gutted as she says I cant shower for another week
Lifting arms- told me to be careful with being under muscle so not to do it really x
Bra- right size
Drinking- forgot to ask x
She changed strips says they are healing nicely, starting to go soft x has not cut ends off stitches as she says dr traynor like to leave them for 2 weeks x
