Hiya, I haven’t even been for my first consultaction yet as I’m waiting to lose a bit of weight first, hoping to go in januarg. I’m a curvy girl, I’m 5ft 11 and weigh 16st 10lb, cup size is 36A/B. Big thighs, Big hips small waist and no boobs. Will I be told I’m too heavy to go ahead with breast enlargement? I’m 26, 27 in January and have put this off since I was 18 due to being nervous to get put to sleep and having to get my tiny titties out ? lol xx
Hey Faye – I was a bit worried about the same thing. I had my consultation last week and I’m 5ft 8.5 and hover between 13 to 14 stone (so my BMI is firmly overweight). My surgeon did ask me if I was planning on lose “3-4 stone” and I said not a chance, and that I fluctuate between a stone and always have. Even if when I do lose weight, nothing adds on to or comes off my boobs and my hips get no smaller. I’m similar to you, big hips, big thighs with a small waist and no boobs – a proper pearshape! I would say go for it, honestly, I think the surgeons have seen EVERY body type going xxx

Thank you! this gives me a bit more confidence, why did he ask if you was going to lose 3 to 4 stone! be nothing left of ya lol xx
@faye, I know! I was a bit taken aback at first, but I’m not too sensitive about my weight anymore, but if someone was sensitive about it that question would have bothered them a lot! I expected it though, as I specifically picked a no nonsense surgeon to speak to, so thought I’d get questions like that!
I think they’re bothered about weight if you plan on making big changes as big weight changes will affect the look of the implants xxx
Faye, I’m the same as you! I’m 5’ 7” and 90kg (BMI over 30 = obese). This wasn’t an issue at all at any stage, no one once mentioned anything about it.
I too tried to lose weight and kept putting it off but it just wasn’t happening so I decided enough was enough and booked it!
I have spent my whole life being curvy apart from up top, so I need them to even me out… from my personal experience I’d say go for it!xx
Hello I see this post is a couple years old but just wanted to see how your experience was getting surgery.
I have been told by one surgeon to lose 10kg and she cancelled my op. Then I have been told by another surgeon that I would need reconstruction due to my weight and no defined inframmory fold which will cost me more.
I am 5ft8ish and I weigh 91kg. I’ve always been chubby, even when I lost weight I have never had a flat stomach and that is just me!
I’m so baffled and annoyed,
Did you all just have simple surgery. ?
