Hi everyone! I have heard loads of rumors that weight gain is a biggie with the implants! So obviously, people are going to gain weight, one from the implants, and then not being able to exercise for a while. However, I have heard that girls gain weight and cannot shift it even years after… Is this true?? If so, why does it happen?? I am expecting to gain weight cause I wont be exercising but I wasn’t expecting to not be able to shift it afterwards… who has had this problem?? I am actually worried about this. I hear girls gain a stone and just cant shift it, I don’t want my stomach to get bigger! xxx

I think it depends what you’re like in general with your weight. If you can lose weight easily now then I don’t see any reason you won’t be able to lose it after your op. Aside from the bloating from medication you can prevent most weight gain by just keeping a healthy diet when you’re not able to exercise 🙂 xx

Hey, my boyfriend is a personal trainer and he said that if you ask a pt to work out your metabolism they can work out how much you burn with and without exercise. So, while not exercising, if you only eat the amount of calories you will burn without exercise your weight should maintian the same..
That sound well complicated lol but yeah 🙂 xx
