Hi ladies in almost 6 weeks post operation and was wondering when Its actually considered ok to start my weight lifting classes (body pump etc) I tried it today and felt fine except I couldn’t do any of the chest exercises.. virtually impossible! x
Ok..so I’m 5 weeks post op. And I’m squatting and doing baps leg exercises. I don’t do cardiovascular or impact sports. I just lift. But I’m taking it easy on the arms shoulders and chest for the time being. Low weight hi reps. I love my new bobbies and wouldn’t do anything to compromise the healing and settling process. X
