Weight loss before surgery question ♡

I’ve put on a little weight (7lbs) since Xmas and really want it gone before my operation (2nd August). I reckon I can lose it before then, but will it affect the size implants I can have? Would it only affect it if the weight loss was significant?

What happens if I lose weight after my procedure?
