Girls I need your help! Got my op booked in for the 4th feb so excited I booked it for a while away so I have time to loose a bit of weight. Had my little boy 5 months ago weight has come off of everywhere apart from hips and thighs sooo frustrating! Has anyone got any tips or ideas for me to help this weight go? I’m worried about building muscle up in my legs while I try to burn the fat off and I don’t really want this to happen. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated xx
Body pump is the best for losing weight and it won’t bulk up your legs it just tones the muscle and burns the fat! Pile as much weight on the bars as you can when doing the squats you will start to see a difference in 4 weeks xxx
It would be better if you could go to the class at the gym as they will have the bars and weights there. If your looking for a good DVD Jennifer ellisons fat blaster workout is good xxx
