Weight loss – HELP PLEASE

hi girls!!

I had my op done 2 weeks ago, I was a 32a and got 375cc.

I’m looking to lose some weight not much, not even a stone! But wondering how it would affect my implants? I went under the muscle. I know I should have waited but struggled with confidence issues for so long I just wanted to get it done!! I don’t want them to go any smaller!!

I lost some weight before my op and didn’t notice any weight loss with my boobs before my implants but worried they’ll go smaller/sag now they have implants in them?

I’m also wondering about this. I don’t think they’ll sag, especially under the muscle? I was worried that strengthening my chest muscles in the gym would make them smaller, but no idea really!
