Weight training and BA

Any ladies still lift heavy waits after op? I’ve had overs just for this reason, just want to know if it will still be possible to carry on the same training post op

I’m having 525cc in March. Do you do really heavy weights? What have you had? X

I had 340cc haveing re op 22nd January overs……I lift heavy weight but after your op you need to rest at least 6 weeks especially if doing heavy weights light weight ok … Do some light cardio walking till you feel better him xxx

560 or605cc no Hun you keep fit no need to give up xxx

I love the gym so much! That’s one of the reasons for me needing one! I’ve just got to decide on size. I don’t know whether to go for the biggest offered which is 545cc or go smaller. So hard to know what to do!

I’m 4 weeks post op, 495 overs, and was back at the gym a week ago, only doing legs and light stuff obviously. I was lifting heavy pre op (benching my body weight) and can already tell I’ll be ok when I can lift again…just hate waiting! I’ve lost strength though, more than I thought, but it’ll come back.

That’s the sort of thing I do too. Heavy squats and back etc… Just didn’t know if many others did this too. I’m pleased I will still be able to do it
