hey girls, im 6 weeks po surgeon gave me all clear to hit the gym again e.g. running. I want to get back into weight training will i be fine to do this my stitches are healed? Dont want to damage my chest or anything? xx
If youve had the all clear you’ll be fine.
Take is stready to start with as you’ll have lost some strength in the time off.
I was back to benching, flys, curls, chin ups, deadlifts, everything by week 7 and have no issues at all.
