weird bubbling/water feeling

feel like they’re bubbling and like water is running down them but theres actually nothing there? abit tingly too sometimes! is this normal??

I had same thing, wud wake on night and feel them thinking they was wet.

When I lift my arm up to tie my hair up they fart, party trick!

I had the same feeling with my right one. Is like a bag of water.
