Weird pain

Hi girls, I need some advice, I had my op over 3 years ago and recently maybe the past month I’ve had a weird twitching pain sensation under my right boob towards my cleavage. It’s not all the time but if I stretch up high or look over my left shoulder it pulls and twinges but can just happen on its own. Didn’t think anything of it but it keeps happeneding. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I see a nurse? Thankyou xxx
