weird twitching sensation??

Hiya girls, im post op day 4 and today ive felt this really weird sensation in my left breast like my muscles twitching? Its whenever i move around, but its worrying me. Is this normal?? X

Yeah it’s completely normal hun don’t worry about it. It feels freaky I know but it’s all part of the healing.

Ahh good, its a horrible spasm feeling i hate it! I just need to try and rest but im so bored! I keep forgetting im not very mobile at the min! X

I used to get it when I was lying down, it really freaked me out the first time and then after a while it got a little bit annoying. It does stop though so it’s all good lol.

I’m 3 days post op today and I get this too! I’m assuming it’s normal and part of the healing process x

I’m post op day 4 too and have the same. Have just made a topic on it. Also hearing a weird noise when I move my arm xx
