Hey girls, I got my strapping off today and the nurse put more dressings on my incisions and told me to leave on for 5 days and not get wet. When I was in the shower I completly forgot about them and got them wet.. So they are not sticking properly? Shall I just take them off and get something to re dress them tomorrow? Or leave them? Will the wetness cause anything to go wrong with them?! X
I’d definately take them off because the wetness and warmth could cause infection and try and get something to put on them tonight or ring the emergancy line and see what they say xx
