I had my one week Po on Wednesday. My nurse changed my dressings to waterproof ones and said I was ok to shower but still try and avoid getting them wet. Well I had a shower this evening and got them wet by accident! They’re still stuck on but I’m worried about them as they feel slightly itchy. She said she was going to give me spare dressings but didn’t end up doing and I didn’t realise until I got home. What should I do? I’m scared to remove them myself as there’s a long stitch at the end of each of my incisions and I’m scared I’ll pull on it if I try and remove them
