What are partials?

I don’t understand what partials are?? Can somebody help???

I think is, The top 2/3 of the breast implant is covered by the muscle, instead of it being completely under the muscle ..

I had partials. My surgeon said he couldn’t do full unders cuss I weight train and do a lot of exercise and overs I didn’t want cuss I want the more natural look. He did partials which is partly under the muscle. X
