It depends wat look your after and wat will physically fit your frame, unders are under muscle partial are where top is covered by muscle but bottom isn’t, overs are over muscle, im having partial as the surgeon thinks this will make my nipples look slightly higher than they are now, your surgeon will help u decide what is best.
Profile is how much projection u want from the side view high profile seems most common, and also if your fram is very tiny this is the best because a moderate plus profile would be too wide for your frame, ultra high is the most projection I think this achieves the more fake look. Eg a 400cc mod plus profile would be flatter and wider compared to a 400cc high profile which is narrower but not as flat
Obviously size in cc depends on the look you want to achieve natural, small, big, fake, your surgeon will most likely give you a few sizers to try n see what you feel looks best, don’t feel worried if u don’t no much about it all or are confused your surgeon will explain anything you need to no and y u can or can’t have a particular size or implant. Tear drop are usually used in an uplift aswell but if you request it most surgeons will use it though studies show that in a small normal boob (not one that’s had an uplift) you can’t actually tell the difference between a tear drop and a round, round has the least risk so it is generally preferred but each surgeon is different. Obv im not medically trained etc this is what I no from my own research etc im having 450 round silicone moderate plus implants tomorrow hoping to achieve a E cup from a/b cup xx
