    Can anyone help with what bras I need and where to buy? I need one for after surgery for a few weeks, one for the gym and running and one for everyday…work etc? Thanks x

    Get sports jock d3. girls on here recommend it. mine came last week fits nicely Obviously will be better when got boobs but shape wise n comfy. Its akso high imoact shock adsorber n u obly after get ur bk size xxx

    The marks and spencer zip up sports is the one i have for post op and will wear for gymwhen i can too it looks good and is supportive my nurse commented on how secure my boobies were in this post op too its about £22 xx

    Ill check out the jock d3, ive been looking at the m&s one and think im gonna buy that one but want another one too. Did any of you buy any zip up tops or pj’s ? Thanks. X

    Ye sports jock retail price is 39 but if u browse net couple sites have it cheaper for 20 but limited stock sizes. I paid 28 I think for mine. Then ive got a couple cheap ones from asda xx

    The mns bra is zip up…i bought a onesie just for hossy i never had one b4 i was due for op but lived in it as was so easy after surgery to lounge in and to get into when struggling to stretch x

    hey girls. i went for a macom bra as it meant i didn’t to guess cup sizes. quite pricey but defo worth the money xx

    Macom, you can ask your pc to give you the code for discount surgeon recommends the macom! Also I’d say the m&s sports bra zip front I’m also going for another shopping spree next week so will update you on what I get x

    thats the link to the one i bought its Post Surgical Front Fastening Soft Cup Bra – Comfort & Support Bra by Renolife 23.99 its like a macom only need to choose back size but its cheaper than the macom i had surgery yesteday and have mine on now very comfortable and supportive

    Thanks girls, I’m gonna a start shopping in a few weeks and good idea with the onesie. Yeah keep me up to date with any tips on clothes and bras for after BA. Xx
