I told my little boy I was going on a work trip. And then said I hard hurt my back and he needed to be careful round me and I was a little poorly with it. Everyone is different and may just tell them what has happened. But my little one is 7 and I had csection complications 2 years ago where I had to go back into hospital for 2 weeks after having my baby. He was so worried at the time as he went to school and I was fine and got picked up to be told I was back in hospital. He told me he didn’t think I would come home. I didn’t want to worry him before the op about going to hospital. And so far he hasn’t been able to tell my boobs are any different
