    Hi Natalie
I had my BA with Mr Singh on Friday. I was a 32a/b and wanted to achieve a small D so Mr Singh recommended 380cc. He decided at the time of the op that I needed to have the implants placed partically under the muscle. I’m 5ft 8 and 8/10 on top and between 10/12 hips. I also wanted the natural look which I think tends to be achieved more so under the muscle if you haven’t got a lot of breast tissue at the top of your boobs to hide the shape of the implant. If you explain exactly what you want he will be able to recommend what is best for your frame. For my consultation with him, I took some pics I downloaded from the internet showing the type of look I didn’t want and a pic of boobs I loved the shape of!
    Hope this helps.

hey hun, try not to get too hung up on cup size but more with what suits you and is in proportion. I only say that because I finally got to go and buy new bras at the weekend (I am 6 weeks post op) and I was measured as a 32 C at one shop and a 32 dd at the other!!!! i guess it depends on the type of bra too but cup size is definitely not accurate. good luck with everything – im sure you will love them xxx
