Assuming by DDD you mean an E cup? It carts greatly from lady to lady, sometimes ladies ca have 300’s and only go up 2 cup sizes whereas other ladies may have very simar stats and one may go up 4 cup sizes everybody is different. Your best eat is to discuss with a surgeon what cc you would need to take you to your desired size! They say on average 120-150cc is one cup size!:) hope tis helps Hun!
