What do choose and why ?

So ms lutz has offered my 275cc in one and 300cx in other mainly because my elastic has gone after two babts but im gonna see andrea to push for bigger my question is do i go over the muscle or under the muscle ive been told i can have either !

But if my skin is thin enough would overs be the right move as will the implant be to heavy if u no what i mean

Or under its hard as siad i could have either 😐

Overs are meant to be easier to recover from and have to kids under the age of two it sounds more ideal

Can any girls send me pics of these size and let me no if they was under or over im.also having high profile which been tols the implant weighs alot more than the others xx

I think you need to weigh up short term gains vs long term.
Yes overs may be easier recovery but that’s what, 2 weeks, vs potential risk of then sagging lots due to lack of support from the muscle and needing a revision or reaugmentation a few year in.

The same with size, the smaller the better in terms of risk and outcome. I still don’t get people that say ‘push for as big as you can’, as it has consequences, just years down the line! My PS said all implant removals or reaugmentations he does are people that went too large and regret it a few years on.
I know people are different in their wants but I don’t think anyone wants saggy low implants!

I had 450 & 500cc partials high profile. I have 2 children under 2 and had a good recovery. I wasn’t in any pain it was just difficult to lift them up.

I think everyone’s recovery is different too. I know women who have had unders with very minimal pain.

I had 275 hp unders. I do keep thinking I wish I’d gone slightly bigger but it’s just boob greed. Once they have dropped and fluffed they will be fine. I don’t intend going braless very often so eventually I can still enhance them a little more with a decent bra. I have a one and 4 year old and apart from the 1st week when I had help from my mother in law I’ve been able to look after them fine. I was told I might get ripping so I’m glad I stick to 275. It all depends on your stats too and what you have to start with. I had practically nothing! I’ve got photos on my profile and I’m hoping to update each week. Xx

I’m having 300cc unders and also have two young kids (a toddler and pre schooler)
I’m a little worried about not being able to lift them and do things for them but as previous poster said it’s about short term loss for long term gain.

I wasn’t given the choice of over or under, I had to go under as my skin is thin and I’m very slim.
And also 300cc is the biggest I was offered, one surgeon said 275cc max.

I sometimes worry I’m going too big! But then again I’m barely an A right now and the surgeon said I’d be a D which is what I want so as long as they’re not bigger !

Sheree yes i no what your mesn about having a decent bra just so much money to not be happy with the size especually having two kids took me ages to save they look great xx

Mummy needs ba ‘ see im slim and my skin tissue is reuined from pregnancy she said elastic has compelty gone so i was shocked yo be offered both choices 😐 good luck to both of us all i can say xx

Ms lutz works so ive seen on here and been told is her work usually the results u end up with saggy boobs as sfter she dosent like u to wear macom or sports bra x
