What do I need after opp

Hey girls what sports bra do you all suggest and how do I know what size to buy? Is there anything else you girls would suggest I needed for after opp xxx

Hey Emma I road tested plenty of bras from the Macom to asda and m&s and tbh each week it changed to which was most comfy the majority of time was the m&s zip but after 13 weeks the Macom after I had the strapping off the Macom rubbed on my incisions so was really uncomfy but other ladies do swear by it I’d maybe invest in 1 and the m&s front zip a vpillow is an absolute must too good luck Hun 🙂 xx

Macom bra get your back band size don’t worry about anything else as they are expandable and for other bras get whatever size your surgeon predicts you will achieve… After Surgery I’d say the macom for me so far has been brill been wearing it since surgery day! And v pillow and also a neck pillow which I found very usefull for the first few days post op x

Emma, I agree re the v pillow (somewhere like argos or asda) and drink lots of orange juice – which I think helps with the constipation that drugs leave you with and also the vitamin c is good for skin healing 🙂
